Texas Instruments UCC27332Q1EVM評(píng)估模塊設(shè)計(jì)用于評(píng)估UCC27332-Q1的性能。UCC27332-Q1是一款20V單通道低側(cè)驅(qū)動(dòng)器，具有9A峰值源電流和9A峰值灌電流，用于驅(qū)動(dòng)Si/IGBT和GaN FET。TI UCC27332Q1EVM評(píng)估模塊可用于評(píng)估受支持封裝中的其他引腳對(duì)引腳兼容部件。
