14位125Msps模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器ADS5500及其應(yīng)用:摘要：ADS5500是美國(guó)德州儀器公司（TI）生產(chǎn)的一款高采樣率、高精度、易使用的14位模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器。簡(jiǎn)易的并行數(shù)字輸出數(shù)據(jù)接口可方便地與數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器（DSPs）連接。主要針對(duì)需要高精度測(cè)量和高速數(shù)據(jù)采樣的場(chǎng)合，例如無(wú)線通信、通信接收器、基站基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備、測(cè)試測(cè)量儀表、單和多通道數(shù)字接收器、通信儀表、雷達(dá)和紅外技術(shù)、視頻圖像處理以及醫(yī)療設(shè)備等方面。文中介紹了ADS5500的性能特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、引腳排列和設(shè)計(jì)考慮，并對(duì)其在視頻信號(hào)處理方面的應(yīng)用作了簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明。

14-Bit, 125 MSPS A/D Converter ADS5500 and Its Application
Abstract: The ADS5500 is a 14-bit analog-to-digital converter by Texas Instrument in U.S.A for high-speed, high-precision, and ease of use. The digital output data is provided over a simple parallel interface that easily connects to DSPs. It aims at mainly the applications which need high-precision measurement and high-speed data gathering, such as wireless communication, communication receivers, base station infrastructure, test and measurement instrumentation, single and multichannel digital receivers, radar and infrared, video and imaging, medical equipment and so on. This paper introduces the performance, internal structure, pin descriptions and application consideration, and illuminates an application in video signal processing in brief.
