提出了一種基于模糊控制器的干線控制算法，該算法有兩個模糊控制器：綠燈延長時間模糊控制器和相位決定模糊控制器。前者決定當前綠燈相位的結(jié)束時刻，后者根據(jù)各相位的緊急度值的大小決定下一個放行的相位。運用仿真技術(shù)，把該控制方法和傳統(tǒng)的定時控制方法進行了比較。仿真結(jié)果表明，本文提出的控制器是有效可行的，且效果優(yōu)于定時控制。

Abstract： An urban traffic algorithm of the trunk road based on fuzzy control is proposed, which has two fuzzy controllers, the one that extends the time of green light and the other that determines which phase will be the next green phase time. The former determines the end time of the current green phase, and the latter determines which one will be the next phase according to the emergency value. Both methods of fuzzy control and the traditional control of time-fixed are compared applying simulation technology. The simulation shows that the algorithm is realizable, and is better than the time-fixed method.
