牛奶乳漿濃度是生產(chǎn)奶粉過(guò)程中,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和節(jié)能降耗的主要控制參數(shù)。提出了一種濃度在線(xiàn)測(cè)量的新方法,闡述了新型 低成本牛奶濃度傳感器———高精度的阻尼式波美度在線(xiàn)檢測(cè)裝置的研制,根據(jù)直流電動(dòng)機(jī)在軟機(jī)械特性區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)速與轉(zhuǎn)矩的關(guān)系,建 立了濃度與轉(zhuǎn)速的測(cè)量模型。經(jīng)實(shí)際運(yùn)行,證明了該機(jī)電一體化裝置設(shè)計(jì)合理,分辨率達(dá)到了0104 波美度,高于國(guó)外的U 型管濃 度計(jì)的分辨率。

Abstract 　Milk density is the main parameter which has a direct influence on the quality of product s and the resource consumption and energy2saving. A new method of Baume degrees on2line measuring is given in the paper. The devel2 opment of high precision damping device for Baume degrees on2line measuring ,which is a new low cost milk density
sensor ,is described in this paper. Through analysing the relationship between the rotational speed and moment of the DC motor which works in the soft mechanical property area ,a measurement model for density and rotational speed is found.By practical running this elect romechanical design is proved reasonable with the resolving power 0. 04 Baume degrees ,which is more precise than the U2shaped tube density meter abroad.
